Upon searching in the catalog, users receive a validation error that states” You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding: The input data has failed to pass the security checks: The "<JavaScript>" or "<script>" tags are not allowed".

This is cause by the ":" (Colon) in a title or item ID following the words script or JavaScript. ( Such as script: or JavaScript: )

Remove any colons (:) following JavaScript or script in the item title or item ID .
