Symptom

You have modified the Role description at first stage 'Define Role' in NWBC - Role Maintenance, and this change is not synchronized to Backend system (PFCG).
 
Or

Changes have been done in the role in backend system and the same is not synched back to frontend within Maintain Authorization stage.
