2130939 - How to Display Questionnaire URL as Hyperlink in Vendor Evaluation Email

Symptom

When you define a survey letter in transaction BBP_EVAL_SURVEY with the questionnaire URL, system displays the whole URL and it is not possible to shorten it as a Hyperlink.
