2131943 - Cannot generate Prim. Key outside table for Netezza – SAP PD 16.5

User cannot generate the SQL ALTER TABLE command to add a primary key constraint to an existing table.
The primary key can be defined in a CREATE TABLE statement only.
Only the Create primary key option is available in the Database Generation Options.
