2132069 - Only 30 Point of contact are allowed.

Symptom

  • Currently only 30 "Point of Contact" (POC) out of 35 are allowed by the GRC application, how to increase this number to a higher limit?
  • Open an access request for approval, approvers see inconsistent number of roles in the request, example, 1 or 2 out of 4 roles. In the audit log, you see the entries below.
  • Audit log shows the following entries:
       Agent 'GRAC_POINT_CONTACT' at path <PATH_NAME> stage <STAGE_NAME> - evaluation result has been altered
       Line-item '0105': Only 1st 00030 approvers (from 00035 returned) will be used
