2132535 - RFC Destination fails “No storage allocation available” [VIDEO]

Symptom

When executing RFC Connection from one application server <application_server>

  RFC Destination    <RFC Name>                                            (normally SAPXPG_DBDEST_ DBHOST)
 
Connection Type  T  TCP/IP Connection
  Start on Explicit host
  Program              <external_program_name>                  
(normally sapxpg)
  Target Host          <remote_host>                                      (normally DBhost)
 

It fails with the error "ERROR: No storage allocation available"  (RETURN CODE: 20)

 The work process trace file (dev_w<nr>) shows:

Error can also appear as "ERROR: No memory allocation exists" (RETURN CODE: 20) or "ERROR: Keine Speicherbelegung vorhanden"
