Symptom

After installing, configuring and starting 15.7 ECDA Getting this message in the ECDA log:

Connection Failed[[[Message Iteration=1|SQLState=IM004|Native Error=0|Message=[unixODBC][unixODBC][Driver Manager]
Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_HENV failed]
Msg 30291, Level 19, State 0: Server 'ECDA_Servname',
Line 1: [[Message Iteration=1|SQLState=IM004|Native Error=0|Message=[unixODBC][unixODBC][Driver Manager]Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_HENV failed]
Msg 30000, Level 16, State 0: Server 'ECDA_Servname', Line 1: Login failure. Msg 11206, Level 16, State 1: Server 'ASE_Srvname', Line 1: Unable to connect to server 'ECDA_Servname'.
