• LOAD DATABASE from ASE 12.5.x to ASE 15.7
• ONLINE DATABASE fails with ASE Error 644:
  
  Msg 644, Level 21, State 5
  Server 'SYBASE', Line 1
  Index row entry for data row id (1506827, 6) is missing from index page 15185 of index id 2 of table 'sysstatistics' in database
  'mydb'. Xactid is (7036611,4). Drop and re-create the index.
  
  
• Error 644 may be followed by 12807 and 3454 error:
  
  Msg 12807, Level 18, State 1
  Server 'SYBASE', Line 1
  cannot delete a tuple in sysstatistics
  Msg 3454, Level 20, State 1
  Server 'SYBASE', Line 1
  Database 'mydb': ASE could not completely upgrade this database; upgrade item 1501 could not be installed.
  ASE could not bring database 'mydb' online.
  
  
• Database was previously upgraded from a still older version to ASE 12.5.x
