Symptom

In the managed system configuration, many actions such as the Extractors Setup fail with the following error message:

No instances could be loaded from landscape for <SID>/JAVA

Or

No instances could be loaded from landscape for <SID>/ABAP

Or

No instances could be loaded from landscape for <SID>/TREX
