2133147 - TEXT datasource: data returned by Infopackage is less than RSA3

Symptom

When running Infopackage for a text datasource (E.g.0HRPOSITION_TEXT) with full mode, the number of returned data records is less than the result of T-Code RSA3 in Source System with Full mode and the same selection.
