2133299 - Error 61130 occurs while deleting/displaying planned order in transaction code MD12/MD13

Symptom

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

When using Cross-Plant Material Status with value "B" in field T141-DDISP (MRP message), it is not possible to display or delete already existing planned orders with transaction code MD12/MD13. Message no. 61130 is displayed: "Material &1 &2. Status &3 does not allow the planning run".
