Symptom

  • The Prepare, Visualize and Share tabs appear to work.
  • The Visualize remain inactive when clicked.

Environment

  • Lumira Desktop

Resolution

  • Uninstall Lumira.
  • Then manually remove the following folders:
    • C:\Users\<user>\.sapvi
    • C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\SAP\Lumira
    • C:\Users\Public\sapvi
  • Reinstall Lumira.
  • NOTE: You may need to reenter any license / keycode information
