Reviewing and modifying reports to prepare for Year -end

Question

How should I go about adding and modifying reports to prepare for Year-End data gathering?

Actions needed may differ based on the report type.

 

Dashboards:
-Either create new process to pull in year-end form templates, or add year-end form templates to existing applicable process (Admin tools – processes and forms)Please reference this article for additional information on dashboard processes:

Ad Hoc Reports:

-Build or modify ad hoc reports to pull in applicable form templates and populations for year-end process.  Ad hoc reports can also be updated to include appropriate data (columns) based on form template.

-Test ad hoc reports using finalized form templates
