2134288 - PA-PD: Appraisal action Logs are not getting updated after client copy

Symptom

After a client copy, appraisal action logs are not displaying some entries although these entries are in table HRHAP_ACT_LOG (SE11).  If a new document is created, the Action Log works as expected.
