2134299 - When refreshing or editing query in webi report using webi rich client tools getting "You do not have the right to access data returned by this universe. (WIS 00504)"

• When using administrator account or user account which is part of administrator group.
• Everything works fine when editing or refreshing the webi report from different client machine where default installation of client tools is done but not on the custom installation of client tools.

1.  Symptom 1:

When webi reports are opened from client tools and then click on edit query or refresh the report getting error : "You do not have the right to access data returned by this universe. (WIS 00504)" & An error has occured : java.lang.NullPointerExecption.

2. Symptom 2:

When testing the connection from Information Design Tool (IDT) on which the webi reports are created getting the error : "Test Failed." Specified RDBMS is invalid : MS SQL Server 2008.
