2134361 - Web Service URL in Live Office gives warning while authenticating

Symptom

When authenticating Web Service URL in Live office , below warning is received:-

"Could not load file or assembly 'System.ServiceModel, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Also the Live office install logs(setupengine) show below error:-

"Could not load file or assembly 'PresentationFramework, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
