Journal entry of clearing does not show in statutory report Edit Journal Entry Voucher - China.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to General Ledger work center, view Periodic Tasks and then subview Statutory Report.
- Select report Edit Journal Entry Voucher - China.
- Select a run and input journal entry ID as XYZ, which is a journal entry of clearing.
- Select Next
The report does not include such journal entry.
Cause
Journal entry XYZ is of type clearing, which does not have any item.
This is a dummy journal entry which is created for clearing purposes and does not affect sets of books. Consequently it is not shown in the Journal Entry Voucher - China statutory report.
Resolution
System works as designed.
