2134783 - Error message UGWB032 "Value is invalid" in Task Hierarchy in UCWB

Symptom

The error message 'UGWB032: Value is invalid' appears by displaying Task Hierarchy in UCWB.

As a consequence, when calling transaction UCMON or displaying task definition in UCWB the short dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X occurs in method IF_UG_MD_CHAR~READ_VALUE of class CL_UC_MD_CHAR.
