2134814 - Error 'Simulation could not be found' (/SAPAPO/OM_ERROR2129) in transaction /SAPAPO/RRP3 during order conversion

In transaction Product View (/SAPAPO/RRP3) you try to execute the following:

1. You set conversion indicator in a purchase requisition.
2. As a next step, an availability check takes place stating that not enough stock is available at supplying site.
3. You click to Back (F3) in order to continue. Subsequently, you get the pop-up warning message: 'Not all components are available. Do you still want to convert the order?' You confirm by clicking on Yes.
4. Finally, you try to save but the system gives error message 'Simulation could not be found' (error number /SAPAPO/OM_ERROR2129) or a runtime error (short dump) occurs.
