2134876 - Cannot edit the Image (aka thumbnail) file of items or Image field is not visible on item profile

The Image and Image URL fields are missing even if those two fields are set as displayed in Entity Configuration.

The parameter "showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally" in the LMS_ADMIN has been set to false or a workflow is missing.

1. Proceed to Learning Administration>
2. Go to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration>
3. Edit the LMS_ADMIN property file>
4. Locate this setting and set it to true: showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally=true>
5. Apply Changes.

If the Edit button is still not visible the issue lies on a possible workflow missing. Make sure that there are no domain restrictions as well.

1. Proceed to Learning Administration>
2. Go to System Admin > Security > Role Management>
3. Edit the role of the admin>
4. Proceed to workflows>
5. Add the Edit Item, View Item, and Search Item workflows>
6. Save the changes.
