• When loading database ASE reports a 644 error on a system table:
  
  Server Message: Number 644, Severity 21
  Server 'SYBASE', Line 1:
  Index row entry for data row id (170, 5) is missing from index page 66595 of index id 2 of table 'sysobjects' in database '<database>'. Xactid is (213909,17).
  Drop and re-create the index.

• This may be seen across upgrade where other errors, from the 3400 range, may appear in the error log:
