2135320 - Error Message 'General-Start Date and Time': 'DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM' is not a valid value, While Migrating Appointments

Symptom

When migrating Appointments, system throws below error messages:

'General-Start Date and Time': 'DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM' is not a valid value

'General-End Date and Time': 'DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM' is not a valid value

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center
  2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview.
  3. Search and Open the migration activity Migration of Appointment Activities activity and select Migrate appointment activities using the migration tool link
  4. Execute Migration for the respective Migration File

Cause

The cause for the error message is due to incorrect date format

Resolution

You can try the below format of date/time and migrate the file again

MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS

or

YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
