Symptom

  • While installing an Add-On using SAINT, during the queue calculation phase an error occurs
  • For one or more of the Import Conditions, the error "Non-permitted release of add-on <ADD_ON Name> installed
  • The check fails for all Prerequisite Sets and the ADD-ON installation or upgrade fails
