2135383 - RSXMB_SWITCH_ARCHIVE_VERSIONS: cannot modify RA

When trying to change the Reorganization Activity from report RSXMB_SWITCH_ARCHIVE_VERSIONS (Define Versions for Archiving) the Status information is not updated.

Also, it is not possible to change the reorganization activity option because it is not enabled even after filling Message ID and Pipeline fields.
