2135406 - Extension Field Values Missing With English Login

The drop-down values of an extension field shows blank when logged in with English. The same field displays values when the logon language is German.

1. Login with English language.
2. Go to the Customer work center.
3. Go to the Accounts view.
4. Open the account XYZ.
5. Select the drop-down options of the extension field ABC.

There are no options to select for this extension field.

When the same steps are followed with German logon language, the drop down values will be available.

The drop-down values for the extension field are maintained only for German language. The values are language specific and need to be entered manually while creating the extension fields.

1. Go to the Customer work center.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Open the account XYZ.
4. Click on Adapt and select Enter Adaptation Mode.
5. Choose Adapt again and select Edit Screen.
6. Expand the Extension fields from the pane.
7. Select the extension field ABC and choose Edit.

For every value, enter data for the English language.
