2135510 - Error #2170 / FWM 01003 occurs and migrated dashboard document cannot be displayed when using SWF Loader or document download URL

Symptom

  • Open a migrated dashboard document by using documentDownload URL on a new environment
  • Error #2170 occurs, the document cannot be displayed successfully
  • Error: Server <servername>:<port> not found or server may be down. (FWM 01003)
  • The document can be displayed when opening it by using OpenDocument URL
