2135938 - Only Group Hierarchy is visible in the Upgrade Management Tool to view all the Groups in the Group list

If there are have thousands of Groups and sub-groups in the Group List but in the Group Hierarchy there are just few groups and not all the groups present in the CMC-> Users and Groups -> Group List.

To see all the groups and sub-groups in the CMC and UMT as well, expand the Group Hierarchy.

Below is the screenshot of the CMC-> Users and Groups -> Group List is attached. Also, expand the Group Hierarchy to see all the groups and sub-groups.
