This article describes the process for requesting access to Boomi account.
Customer or Partner might request for access to the Boomi account.

Resolution
There are 2 types of Boomi authorization requests and the process for them:
1) Customer/Partner request an access to their account.
a. Customer/Partner will create SeOD case and then CS will create a JIRA for Boomi Ops to get this done.
Refer to the KB article "How to request access to Boomi account?".
2) Development team asking for Boomi access.
a. Dev team directly creates a JIRA ticket for Boomi Ops to get access.
