2136024 - Localization Setting in Management Cockpit - SAP Mobile Application

Symptom

Localizations (in this example: Japanese) was not applied successfully when setting language up for SAP CRM Service Manager.

These localization files include: Globals.ja.ini, ApplicationText.ja.ini and ClientText.ja.ini.

Configuration is done in the SAP Management Cockpit and then implemented using the following settings in the APP SPECIFIC SETTING (As Localization = ja, Localization Path = localizations).
