2136271 - ATP check overconfirmation in COHV(PI)/PPIO_ENTRY

Overconfirmation happened when using transaction COHV (COHVPI) or the report PPIO_ENTRY for running a collective ATP check for several created and released production/process orders.

Different scopes of check used for checking the material availability during production/process order creation and during production/process order release. The former scope takes all reservations into account, the latter one only the withdrawable reservations when running an ATP check.

Mixing up the created and released production/process orders can result in overconfirmation and thus in negative cumulated ATP in transaction CO09.
