2136490 - Timezone ART presenting one hour ahead on HANA

It will ART timezone is used in HANA, when run SQL:

Select current_timestamp from dummy

It will return time one hour ahead of system time.

For example, with the <sid>adm user, the "date" command retruned the following:

Fri Feb 27 19:33:47 ART 2015

On HANA the select statement returned the time like below

CURRENT_TIMESTAMP
2015-02-27 20:31:56.892
