2137259 - Error: "HTTP Status 500 - com.wedgetail.idm.sso.ProtocolException: Mangled Authorization header" occurs when some users log into BI LaunchPad or CMC using AD SSO

Symptom

  • The users with the same last name cannot log into BI Launch Pad or Central Management Console (CMC) by using Active Directory (AD) Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Error: HTTP Status 500 - com.wedgetail.idm.sso.ProtocolException: Mangled Authorization header [caused by: java.io.IOException: com.dstc.security.util.Base64Exception: Not padded correctly]
