2138269 - How to analyze problems when creating message using Help and Create Support Message


  • Report an incident from managed system using top menu (Help and Create Support message). The message is successfully created in Solman but the text of the description does not appear in the text area.
  • You work with ITSM Solution Manager and when you create a Support Message in a satellite system via top menu (Help -> Create Support Message), the error message Because of Error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System appears:
