Symptom

The backend connectivity test utility, ConnectTest.bat is throwing the following Java Exception:

   *** Caught exception: com/syclo/agentry/Server
   release::releasing connection
   release::complete.

The following parameters: SYSNUM, SAP user, and password are properly configured in JavaBE.ini.
