2138382 - Form 1099-MISC Copy B: RECIPIENT’S identification number Field is Blank

You've created a Withholding Tax Return Run with Tax Return Type 3 - Miscellaneous Income (1099 Misc) - FormB. The run generates a Withholding Tax Return, which contains the 1099-MISC FormB (form "Copy B") separately for each supplier. When you preview the document you notice that the RECIPIENT’S identification number field is blank for one or more suppliers. It's not printed out on the form. As a consequence the form is not valid and you cannot print it out.
