2138740 - How To Navigate to Lead Thing Inspector From the Emails Generated out of Workflow Rules

You have created a HTML template, which should be sent as part of an e-mail notification in case the workflow rule which is set up meets the conditions. In this HTML template you want to enter a hyperlink, which allows you to navigate to the Lead Thing Inspector and you don’t know how to do this.

Prerequisites:

You already set up a workflow rule in your system, which triggers an e-mail notification when the conditions are met.

1. Open the received e-mail, which was generated from the set up workflow rule.

2. Click on the available hyperlink.

3. The hyperlink does not bring you to the desired Lead Thing Inspector.

This is the expected system behaviour.
