In the Basic Configuration in transaction SOLMAN_SETUP, step 3. Configure CA Introscope, select an Introscope Enterprise Manager and click on User Management. When performing the activities in the user management popup, error below would display:
"Users generation failed on enterprise manager, reason Unexpected error occurs in method Em users generat"
