2139211 - SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC or DBSQL_SQL_ERROR dump in "WRITE_ICFACT" during Infocube update

While updating an Infocube with DTP or a Transactional cube with rsdri_cube_write_package the following dump happens:

Runtime Errors         SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC
Except.                CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

 The termination is caused because exception "CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB" occurred in
    procedure "WRITE_ICFACT" "(FORM)", but it was neither handled locally nor
     declared
    in the RAISING clause of its signature.
