2140363 - BPC 7.5/10.0/10.1 EPM Addin - One particular user cannot display data in EPM-Excel Report in one local machine but can display the same data in other local machine.

Symptom

A particular user working on a specific machine cannot display data in the BPC Report in EPM Add-in client. 
The same user is able to successfully generate a BPC report in EPM Add-in client on another machine.
