2140447 - Dump in class CF_ASIT_INTERNAL in Portfolio Management

Scenario 1) You create a new Portfolio Bucket and try to navigate to the "Authorization" tab for the new bucket. 
Scenario 2) You navigate to a dashboard (e.g. "Portfolios", "Portfolio Items" or "Portfolio Initiatives") in the Portfolio Management frontend.

Either of the above lead to an error screen stating: "The current application has triggered a termination with a short dump".

The backend dump information (transaction ST22) shows:
