2140731 - Web Intelligence does not open in Java mode after upgrade of patch

Symptom

After upgrade to 4.1 SP4 Patch 6, Internet Explorer could not open Web Intelligence (WebI) reports in Java mode on BI LaunchPad.

Error: "This content cannot be displayed in a frame"

Issue did not exist in Google Chrome.
