2140751 - Got error TR047 when you try to change the package of an object in SE03

An object was created and assigned to an incorrect package. The package assignment for this object needs to be corrected using transaction SE03.

For instance, if the object was mistakenly assigned to package XXXX and needs to be reassigned to package YYYY.

However, during the reassignment process, an error occurs—for example, the following message is displayed:

Message no. TR047

Diagnosis
The package XXXX is assigned to the software component SAP_BASIS. The
package YYYY is assigned to the software component SAP_APPL.
You cannot change the package, since this would change the software
component from SAP_BASIS to SAP_APPL.

System Response
The function terminates.
