2140944 - Receiving a timeout during the installation of a self-created iOS Enterprise Application via Afaria

Symptom

The download of an Enterprise IPA file over Afaria to the device takes one minute until the download starts. During this time the iOS device is running in a timeout.
On the Afaria server the following message is displayed:

PKG1100: Write to iOS device failed. Filename: XXXXXXX.ipa Timeout.
