Symptom
The download of an Enterprise IPA file over Afaria to the device takes one minute until the download starts. During this time the iOS device is running in a timeout.
On the Afaria server the following message is displayed:
PKG1100: Write to iOS device failed. Filename: XXXXXXX.ipa Timeout.
