2141005 - Status icons are not populated in the Portfolio Item dashboard

Symptom

Columns "Staffing Status", "Schedule Status" and/or "Budget Status" are displayed in the Portfolio Item dashboard. The relevant icons are not appearing in these columns. You may see a grey "X" symbol instead of the relevant icon.
