  • SAPSprint service is not running or SAPSprint printing is not working
  • The sapsprint.dbg trace log ends with the following entries (see KBA 1780925 - 'Collect SAPSprint windows log files' regarding SAPSprint log files):
    • Error: The TCP port (515) for SAPSprint is in use.
    • Error: TCP/IP communication could not be started - aborting.
