2141511 - Mobile Platform Database service fails to start

Symptom

The MS Cluster DT node failed over from the Active to the Passive node. During the restart, some of the DT servers restarted successfully but others did not and wrote the following entries in their error log.

 

I. <date and time>. Trying to start TCPIP link ...
I. <date and time> Server name MyClusterDBServerName already in use
I. <date and time>. TCPIP communication link not started

 

NOTE: MyClusterDBServerName is a placeholder for the actual server name
