2141699 - Step Enter System Parameters - 'Test Logon...' for the JAVA Administrator user fails with error 'no server is running'

Symptom

During the Managed System Configuration for a JAVA or Dual stack systems, the 'Test Logon' for the JAVA Admin (Setup User) fails with error:

  • Logon test failed for user <user_name>
  • Details : No server is running (Cause Exception in remote login)

The following picture describes the issue:

Then, in the SMDAgentApplication.log the following error is shown:
