2141778 - Unable to select Application Controlled Workflow

Symptom

The SRM Version is upgraded and workflow type need to be adjusted, however the checkbox to set the flag of workflow type is grayed out.

Example: After upgrading the Application-Controlled workflow need to be set, but it is unable to select the 'Application-Controlled workflow' option:
