2141800 - Dump "CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND" in Transaction ST22 relating to Technical Monitoring

You create a system copy and afterwards you receive continuous dumps in ST22 that relates to the following  ABAP Runtime Error:

" CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND"
ABAP Program "CL_ECE_CONTROLLER_PARALLEL====CP"
What happened?
The function module "ECE_CALCULATE_CATEGORY" is called, but cannot be found in the library.
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPMSSY1" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed."
