2142175 - Approval link From email is not Opening the Approval View

You are trying to Approve the Expense Report from the link which you received in the E-Mail notification and you observed that there is no Approvals view found after pressing the link.

1. Open the Approval notificaion Email.
2. Click on the link to approve the Expenser Report available in Email.

You obseved that Approval view is not available rather than specific Expense Report can be approved.

We offer the link in the email to give the approver the possibility to approve an expense report quickly when receiving the email. Here system takes the approver directly to the approval screen rathaer than Approval work center.

System behavior is as designed. If the approver wants to do more in the system than just approving then user has to log on using single sing on link.
